Decoding Teaching Styles of Language Lecturers

Teaching styles refer to approaches an educator uses impart knowledge students. There are various teaching educators can use either as a single style or combination of more than one. Different used ensure different students’ needs be catered. This depends on the nature subject matter, goals lesson and Even though have been discussed for many years, little attention has given among language lecturers at higher learning. research aims identify lecturers, which is most dominant each lecturer. The instrument was adapted from Grasha–Riechmann Styles Questionnaire (1996), measures five such Personal Model Style, Expert Formal Authority Delegator Facilitator Style. Findings showed that there significant difference between genders only formal facilitator. These findings brought up better understanding lecturers.
